Description
Bright white chiffon and horizontal tiers give this beach dress an easy, summery rhythm. The halter neckline gathers high at the neck and leaves both shoulders free. A wide waistband defines the shape before the A-line skirt falls to a breezy tea length. The tied or joined halter remains visible behind, while repeated tiers continue evenly around the skirt. The halter joins behind the neck above an open upper back, and three gathered tiers circle the skirt to its softly uneven midi edge.

A BUST
This is NOT your bra size!
Wear an unpadded bra (your dress will have a built-in bra)
Relax arms at sides
Pull tape across the fullest part of the bust
B WAIST
Bend to one side to find the natural crease of your waist
This is the slimmest part of the waist
Measure across at this point
Keep tape slightly loose to allow for breathing room
C HIPS
Stand with feet together
Measure around the fullest part of the hips and rear
Tape should brush across both hipbones
D HOLLOW TO FLOOR
Stand straight with feet together
Measure from the center of your collarbone(hollow)straight down to the floor

Stand straight with feet together
