We offer full refunds for the product cost, but please note that a restocking fee applies to cover processing costs.  The fee depends on the type of shipping you selected:

Returning your items is hassle-free! If you need to return something, simply contact our friendly customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order. To ensure a smooth return, please send the item(s) back in its original packaging, with the security seal attached and unused.


How to Make a Smooth Return:

Step 1: Reach Out to Us

Within 30 days of receiving your package, drop us an email at  support@dorriswedding.com 

Include your Order ID, the reason for return, and a few photos(if possible) to help us process it quickly.

We'll be in touch within 24-72 hours with the next steps for returning your item(s).

Step 2: Pack It Up and Ship It Back

Fill out the return form and include it in your returned parcel.

Ship the item(s) back to us within 7 days of receiving the return form using a trackable shipping method.

Share the tracking number with us via email so we can keep an eye out for your package.

Step 3: Verification and Refund 

Upon receiving your return, we'll check to make sure everything is in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with the security seal attached.

Once verified, we'll promptly process your refund within 72 hours.

Step 4:  Refund Processing Time 

Please allow 5-10 business days for your refund to be reflected in your account. The exact time may vary depending on your bank's processing speed.

Important Notes*: Since our dresses are made to order, we currently don't offer exchange services or accept "buy-more-keep-one" practices. We appreciate your understanding.



Customized items and gifts are not eligible for return or exchange.

Please note that any custom duties charged by your government are non-refundable.

Rush fees are non-refundable.

All personal care items (including lingerie, swimwear, etc.) are final sale due to hygiene reasons.

We are not liable for returned packages that are lost or damaged. Please keep the receipt along with tracking information. 

Our refund policy doesn't cover items lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. This policy allows us to offer competitive prices and ensure responsible order fulfillment.
