We understand choosing your dream dress is a big decision. That's why we offer a flexible cancellation policy for our made-to-order dresses, with a full refund before tailoring starts and a tiered refund system after. Here's a breakdown of our policy to ensure you have complete peace of mind:

1. Unpaid orders

No action required! Orders that remain unpaid for 30 days will automatically be cancelled, saving you time and hassle.

2. Paid orders

If you cancel your order, the refund you receive will depend on how far along the tailoring process is. You'll be notified via email when tailoring starts.


Cancelled before notification (processing or tailoring)
Refund: Full refund on your entire order (product purchase price, shipping cost, and rush fee)
Cancelled within 24 hours of notification (processing or tailoring)
Refund: 80% Product purchase price + 100% Shipping cost + 100% Rush fee
Cancelled from 24 to 72 hours of notification (processing or tailoring)
Refund: 70% Product purchase price + 100% Shipping cost + 100% Rush fee
Cancelled after 72 hours of notification (processing or tailoring)
Refund: 60% Product purchase price + 100% Shipping cost + 0 Rush fee

* Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

*Rush fee will not be refunded after 72 hours of notification of processing or tailoring.

How to Cancel a Paid Order?

To cancel your order, please send a request to our support team as soon as possible. Include your order number and cancellation reason in the email and reach us at support@dorriswedding.com
