We understand that choosing your dream dress is a big decision. That’s why we’ve designed a flexible cancellation policy for our made-to-order dresses, offering a full refund within the first 24 hours of order confirmation and a tiered refund system thereafter.


Here’s a clear breakdown of our policy for your peace of mind:

1. Unpaid orders

No action required! Orders that remain unpaid for 30 days will automatically be canceled, saving you time and hassle.

 

2. Paid orders

If you cancel your order, the refund amount will depend on the time elapsed since your order confirmation. An order confirmation email will be sent shortly after your payment is received.

* Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
