How to Order

We try our best to become your one-stop shopping destination; our items vary from wedding dresses to daily clothing. For all wedding dress, bridesmaid dresses and evening dresses on our site, it takes 15-25 calendar days for you to receive your merchandise. Below please find detailed steps to place an order with us. 

 

Registration

Create an account by clicking "Join Free" on top of the right corner of the website. You can easily create your account using your email. Make sure you have a unique username, if your user name is already taken by other customers, your account can not be created. You can also shop first, adding your favorite items to your cart. You'll be directed to the registration page when proceeding to pay.

 

Order confirmation

When you find your dress, select color, and size, and click the "Add to Cart button" to place the item in your shopping cart. You'll be redirected to the register/sign-in page if you are not logged in. After signing in, you’ll be asked to fill in your shipping address, and choose shipping method and payment method. When you are ready to pay, click "Proceed to Pay".You'll be directed to the confirmation page, where you’ll see your order number on the left. To finish the payment, click the "Pay now" button on the right. An order confirmation email is sent to your register email box immediately. If you stop now, the unpaid order would be canceled automatically 30 days later.

 

Payment confirmation

After you complete the payment, a payment confirmation email will be sent to your email box to confirm the successful payment.

 

Tailoring notification

You will receive a tailoring notification email once our manufacturers start the tailoring. Usually, the email will be sent within 12 hours after you get the payment confirmation email since we start tailoring the dress within 12 hours upon the payment confirmation. The email will give an expected shipping date.

 

Shipment notification

We will inform you of the shipment through email when your merchandise is ready to ship. A tracking number will not be included in this email, because we have not got it yet. Since we ship a lot of dresses at one time, the shipping company usually sends us the tracking numbers 24-48 hours after the dress is shipped.

 

Tracking number notification

We’ll email you the tracking number once we get it. Please note tracking numbers may not work for the first 24-48 hours. If 48 hours have passed and nothing shows up with your tracking number, please contact customer support at support@dorriswedding.com .
