At Dorris Wedding, we strive to ensure every package arrives on time and in perfect condition. However, once an order leaves our facility, we have limited control over its journey.
While we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered, we’re happy to assist with any issues that arise during transit. Before reaching out, please check your tracking number and follow these steps based on your package status:
Tracking Not Found or Error Message
If your tracking information isn’t available or shows an error, don’t worry! Tracking details are typically updated within 24 hours after the parcel has been shipped. Please check back later.
In Transit:
If the tracking shows recent updates (within the last 2-3 days), your package is still moving and should arrive soon.
If you have concerns, we recommend reaching out to the carrier directly for the most up-to-date information.
Pending:
If your package is marked as "Pending" or the status hasn’t changed for several days, the carrier may be experiencing delays due to weather conditions, operational issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. We recommend reaching out to the carrier for further updates.
Marked as Delivered but Not Received:
Check with neighbors, household members, your leasing office, or building manager to see if the package was accepted by mistake—this happens frequently!
If your package was marked as delivered within the last 24 hours, allow an extra day for possible carrier delays. If it hasn’t arrived after 48 hours, please contact us.
