Description
A square smocked bodice is bordered by short puff sleeves gathered at both the shoulder and cuff. Lightweight white chiffon falls in soft vertical folds from the raised empire seam around the torso. The rear keeps the same square neckline and smocking, with uninterrupted fabric continuing into the gathered skirt. The short A-line skirt is divided into two airy tiers, creating a visible horizontal break above the hem. A narrow scalloped lace band finishes the lower edge and repeats along the sleeve openings.

This is NOT your bra size!
Wear an unpadded bra (your dress will have a built-in bra)
Relax arms at sides
Pull tape across the fullest part of the bust
B WAIST
Bend to one side to find the natural crease of your waist
This is the slimmest part of the waist
Measure across at this point
Keep tape slightly loose to allow for breathing room
C HIPS
Stand with feet together
Measure around the fullest part of the hips and rear
Tape should brush across both hipbones
D HOLLOW TO FLOOR
Stand straight with feet together
Measure from the center of your collarbone(hollow)straight down to the floor
