Description
A high halter neckline surrounds a sheer central chest panel on the royal-blue bodice. The sleeveless fitted torso narrows sharply at the natural waist beneath the raised collar. Transparent mesh connects the halter collar to the decorated rear bodice. Beaded appliques radiate closely outward from the center bodice over fine blue tulle. The floor-length ball-gown skirt opens from the waist into a broad symmetrical sweep.

A BUST
This is NOT your bra size!
Wear an unpadded bra (your dress will have a built-in bra)
Relax arms at sides
Pull tape across the fullest part of the bust
B WAIST
Bend to one side to find the natural crease of your waist
This is the slimmest part of the waist
Measure across at this point
Keep tape slightly loose to allow for breathing room
C HIPS
Stand with feet together
Measure around the fullest part of the hips and rear
Tape should brush across both hipbones
D HOLLOW TO FLOOR
Stand straight with feet together
Measure from the center of your collarbone(hollow)straight down to the floor
E HEIGHT
Stand straight with feet together
Begin at the top of the head and pull tape straight down to the floor
ARMHOLE
Hold out your arm
Put the tape around your shoulder and across your armhole
