Hello. I am in love with this dress. I think this is thee dress. However, im not sure wheat size to order. I have quite the figure. My measurements have me fitting into the bust / waist of a size 16 but the hip measurements for a size 24. What size should I order? I do have a place on hand for alterations. Thank you.
