Description
Black velvet falls in weighty folds from the fitted waist into a broad circular floor-length hem. A one-shoulder neckline rises beneath an oversized sculpted flower and leaves the opposite arm bare. The dimensional bloom and attached bow concentrate ornament at the asymmetric upper edge. A centered rear zipper follows the fitted panel below the single covered shoulder and above the waist. Long pleats open across the ball-gown skirt, creating alternating shadowed channels through the otherwise plain surface.

Bend to one side to find the natural crease of your waist
This is the slimmest part of the waist
