Description
Steel blue chiffon forms a floor-length A-line gown with long, freely moving layers. The rear bodice stays covered and follows the same straight shoulder line seen at the front. Its off-the-shoulder neckline runs across the upper bodice and leaves the collarbone open, balanced by dramatic long bell sleeves. A defined natural waist introduces several gathered tiers separated by narrow lace bands. Broad skirt panels extend to the floor, giving the cool blue fabric a flowing profile with a straight hem and no rigid train.

A BUST
This is NOT your bra size!
Wear an unpadded bra (your dress will have a built-in bra)
Relax arms at sides
Pull tape across the fullest part of the bust
B WAIST
Bend to one side to find the natural crease of your waist
This is the slimmest part of the waist
Measure across at this point
Keep tape slightly loose to allow for breathing room
C HIPS
Stand with feet together
Measure around the fullest part of the hips and rear
Tape should brush across both hipbones
D HOLLOW TO FLOOR
Stand straight with feet together
Measure from the center of your collarbone(hollow)straight down to the floor
E HEIGHT
Stand straight with feet together
Begin at the top of the head and pull tape straight down to the floor

Hold out your arm
Put the tape around your shoulder and across your armhole
