Hi! My measurements fit perfectly for 18W however my hips are slightly bigger than the hips for the dress. My question is the dress shape at the hips seems flowy so would there be room for bigger hips since everything else is good? My hips are 49” but the 20W would be too large in the chest and waist. Thank you for your help!
