I cannot say enough fabulous things about talking with the customer service and this dress! I changed the size from size 6 into size 4 half way, but they helped me kindly. It’s a scary thing ordering something so important to me online and it came earlier than their estimated delivery date. But don't ignore the hollow to floor. It will depend your dress length.
