I went online and I found what I thought was the perfect dress. Alex from the very beginning was thoughtful, professional and him responses were quick and friendly. When I missed the post office delivery, Alex wrote an email of concern to make sure I received it! Who goes that above and beyond after they've finished a project? Not anyone in NYC, which is where I live. And the dress. Women, when I say that it is exactly what I wanted, I mean it. Light and airy, it looks expensive and I feel so beautiful.
I am in LOVE with this dress!!! I need it as a bridesmaids dress for a wedding. Since I'm not a small girl I had to order a custom size and I was worried it wouldn't come in on time being custom, so I contacted the seller to make sure that it would. She responded immediately and assured me she would have enough time to get it to me by my event date, but I wasn't expecting it to come in so fast!! And to my surprise it fit me like a glove. No alterations are going to have to be made.
Love this dress. Very light and comfortable. Does run very big. I got a size 8, even though I probably am able to go 2 sizes down. Arms do fit a bit tighter than the rest. I'm 5'2, 155lbs, usually wear a size 6. Seller was awesome. She was very fast in answering questions and advising what size to purchase. Delivery was super fast. Got my dress in 4 weeks. Got many compliments. Will buy again.

Great communication with Mary. I absolutely love the dress. It is gorgeous and thankfully fits perfectly. I love that the lining is so comfortable. It is a little long on me so will have to wear tall heels for my event, or I can get it shortened. But, I am happy overall with the fit. I got a size 6, and am 5'4 and about 130 lbs. I was a little nervous it would be either too big or small but it is just right.
The dress is absolutely gorgeous and fits like a glove. As mentioned, the zipper does take a little effort but I prefer it that way so that the zipper doesn't show. Shipping was also very good and their customer service is fantastic. I can't wait to wear the dress in a week!
