this dress is fantastic, but the service was even better. Alex is easy to work with, very accommodating, and an incredible seamstress. I contacted her with some questions before I had even ordered anything and she responded within 24 hours. I also had a request for some customizations -- which she cheerfully complied with. I ordered the dress for my best friend's wedding; she double-checked the date with me and made sure the dress arrived on time (beautifully packaged, no less).and most importantly, it fits perfectly! I got no less than five comments (two from absolute strangers) about how lovely this piece is, and I recommended Alex to all of them :)
